Steplot is billed per job, at a rate agreed with each company. There are no subscriptions, per-user fees or setup fees.

Monthly invoicing
For established accounts
Jobs are billed in arrears on a single monthly invoice, up to an agreed monthly limit.

Pricing questions
What constitutes a job?
One client site. A job is charged when it is created and covers all design work and up to 30 renders for that site.
What if more renders are needed?
Each further 30 renders on the same job is charged as one additional job. The app requests confirmation before any charge.
How is our rate determined?
By expected job volume. Contact us with an outline of your business and we will provide a quotation.
Is product setup charged?
No. During the free trial we set up as many as 3 of your products, and the rest of your range in stages once you purchase jobs. Exceptionally large ranges may be quoted separately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts include 3 free jobs, with up to 30 renders each, and setup of up to 3 of your products.
Do prepaid jobs expire?
No. Prepaid jobs remain on your account until used.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable except in the case of duplicate or erroneous charges. See the refund and cancellation policy.
